2025 Deer Conference Partner Guide

2025 OHA Deer Hunting Conference Title Partner $2250

Only one Title Partner is available for this Conference and Expo. The Title Partner receives the following benefits.

• Receives a BERGARA Sierra Wilderness 6.5 Creedmoor
• Receives formal recognition at the General Session as the Title Partner
• Recognition on Conference Social Media Promotions and advertisements as Title Partner
• The Title Partner will be provided space in the ballroom to place Partner owned banner
• Space made available for Partner to display Partner provided banner in vendor hall (one banner on each floor)
• The Title Partner may place their printed handout material on each ballroom table.
• The Title Partner has option to introduce the Key Note Speaker
• The Title Partner will be provided a Full-Page Ad in event program
• The Title Partner will be receiving 1 Partner Table which includes 8 event entries, 1 OHA Partner Membership & 7 regular OHA memberships
• The Title Partner will be provided with three vendor tables
• The Title Partner will have the option to introduce the topic and speakers at 3 Breakout Sessions

10- Point Partner $1500

Each 10-Point Partner will receive the following benefits

• Receives a WEATHERBY Vanguard 25-06
• The 10 Point Partner will be provided space in the ballroom to place Partner owned banner
• Partner provided banner displayed in vendor hall
• The 10 Point Partner may place their printed handout material on each ballroom table.
• The 10 Point Partner will be provided a one half-Page Ad in event program
• The 10 Point Partner will be provided with two vendor tables
• The 10 Point Partner will receive 2 regular OHA Memberships
• The 10 Point Partner will have the option to introduce topic and speaker in 2 Breakout Sessions

8- Point Partner $1000

The 8 Point Partner will receive the following benefits

• Receives a Winchester XPR SR 308 Win
• The 8 Point Partner will be provided space in the ballroom to Partner owned banner
• Partner provided banner displayed in vendor hall
• The 8 Point Partner will be provided a one Quarter-Page Ad in event program •
• The 8 Point Partner will be provided with two Table Vendor spaces
• The 8 Point Partner may place their printed handout material on each ballroom table.
• The 8 – Point Partner will have the option to introduce topic and speaker in 1 Breakout Session
• The 8 Point Partner will receive 2 regular OHA Memberships
• The 8 Point Partner will receive 2 event entries

Lunch Meal Partner $1,500
