About the Deer Conference and Expo
From the first Deer Hunting 101 Workshop held in 2019 to the 7th Annual Deer Conference and Expo the goals have remained the same. Promoting “R3” – The RECRUITMENT, RETENTION AND REACTIVATION of hunters.
The 2025 Oklanoma Deer Hunting Conference and Expo will bring together over 300 hunters that share a common interest, deer hunting.
The Conference offers 30 +/- different deer hunting topics, presented in five one-hour sessions, each lead by subject matter experts. Each session is presented in a safe space for attendees to learn evidenced based knowledge, proven tactics and strategies and offer an opportunity get their questions answered.
Hunters of all skill levels benefit from the conference. New and early onset Hunters, novice hunters as well as experienced hunters enjoy a day of deer hunting information, education, fellowship, and fun.

Enrollment Fees for 2025 Deer Conference
Enrollment costs for the 2025 OHA Deer Conference have been established. The fee includes entrance to the Conference, attendance is sessions, lunch and raffle tickets for door prizes. Space is limited to the first 300 to enroll.

The 7th Annual OHA/ODWC Deer Hunting Conference and Expo will be August 16, 2025.
There will be a change in this year’s conference venue. The 2025 conference will be held at the Metro Tech Springlake Campus located at 1900 Springlake Drive Oklahoma City, OK 73111. This change in venue will provide an improved opportunity to serve our members, vendors, speakers and conference attendees.

About the Deer Conference
The daylong conference brings together over 20 deer hunting subject matter experts from the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, hunting industry personnel, NGOs, Hunting TV show hosts and others to discuss over 24 different deer hunting related topics in breakout sessions throughout the day.
Hunters from all skill levels from the early onset hunter to the most experienced hunter wanting to gain additional hunting skills, techniques and strategies benefit from attending the conference.
This year’s conference promises to be the best conference yet.
