OHA Mentored and Guided Deer Hunt Application

Thanks for taking time to complete this application for the OHA’s Mentored Deer Hunt. This is a rifle only deer hunt, only mature antlerless whitetail deer may be harvested (limit 2 per hunter). All hunters will be partnered with an experienced mentor. All hunts will be from a ground blind overlooking a feeder. All applications will be considered and reviewed by the OHA. The OHA will make the final selection and notified the selected hunters by phone and email. Selected hunters must pay the required lodging and meals fee within 5 days of the email notification. Failure to pay the required fee will be cause for forfeiture of the hunt.
